There are many kinds of punching machines. There are also punching machines specially designed for certain materials. Leather punching machines, die punching machines and CNC punching machines are all punching machines manufactured by manufacturers. There are four categories of punching machines commonly used in the market.
1. CNC punching machine
It is suitable for punching of leather, cattle and sheep hides, artificial leather, plastics, PU, EVA, PVC, various cloth, paper, leather ornaments, vamps, decorations, curtains, car leather chairs, etc. It is widely used in automobile accessories (air permeable cushions), bags, stationery, shoes, air permeable materials, advertising paper and other industries.
2. Mechanical punch
It is mainly suitable for punching sponges, leather, cardboard, non-woven fabrics and other large areas.
3. Pneumatic punch
Pneumatic puncher, also known as pneumatic puncher and rubber bag puncher, is a pneumatic punching die assisted in bag making machine. The pneumatic die which transmits the signal from the bag machine computer to the solenoid valve to work again. Its structure is similar to the cold punching die, mainly used for punching plastic bags and paper products. The equipment was introduced from Taiwan to the mainland in the early 1990s. Technical verification: The die base of pneumatic punching machine is made of precision casting alloy material, the punching power is made of high precision cylinder, and the punch head is made of imported die steel (ASP-60), which meets the need of punching. It has beautiful appearance, high frequency of action, strong wear resistance, long service life and up to 320 times.
4. Hydraulic punching machine
Hydraulic punching machine is suitable for L, H flat steel, copper and aluminium punching machine.
A flat seat is designed at the bottom, which is smooth and not easy to sway.
Single hole oil return, high carbon tungsten alloy steel die is not easy to damage.
In particular, CH-60, CH-70 split hydraulic punches are specially used for punching angle iron, flat iron, copper plate and other metal sheets, especially for field operation in power, construction and other industries.
