1. If the digital punching machine is multi-station, there is one oil circuit switch on each cylinder, and only one oil circuit switch can be turned on at a time to work. It is not possible to turn on multiple oil circuit switches at the same time. Otherwise, the pressure will be insufficient and the speed will be slow.
2. After fixing the die, insert the pipe to punch. It is strictly forbidden to blank when there is no pipe, otherwise the die will be damaged.
3. When punching the whole hole, if there is no punching, it will return automatically. Please move the bottom proximity switch down.
4. When punching the half-hole, if the upper hole is not punched, it will return automatically. Please move the middle proximity switch down. If it has been punched under the tube, please move the middle proximity switch up.
5. When punching hard, check whether the edge of the punch has been passivated. If it has been passivated, please remove the punch and grind it, or buy a new punch from the manufacturer of the digital punch machine.
6. The temperature of the hydraulic oil should be controlled between 30 and 60 degrees Celsius. When the weather is cold, the machine should be turned on and run empty for a period of time; when punching continuously for a long time, the oil temperature should be checked frequently; in hot summer, do not work all day, and avoid high temperature at noon.
7. Work for 10000 hours or use for 4 years (first come, first served). Please replace the hydraulic oil and check whether the hydraulic cylinder and pump are damaged or not.
